For leaders who are done with theory

Leadership Development built around the problems you actually face

Most programmes hand you a binder and a handshake. We hand you a mirror, a plan, and twelve weeks of deliberate practice that changes how your team operates every single day.

Four phases, zero fluff

Every engagement follows a tested arc. We start by diagnosing the friction your team feels but rarely names, then build habits that outlast any workshop high.

Diagnose

We interview your team anonymously, review decision logs, and map where authority stalls. This is not a personality quiz — it is a structural audit of how leadership actually flows through your organisation.

Design

Using the audit findings, we build a bespoke twelve-week curriculum. Each module targets a specific friction point: unclear delegation, meeting overload, feedback avoidance, or strategic drift.

Practise

Participants apply new behaviours in live work situations between fortnightly coaching sessions. We track adoption through short pulse surveys and manager-peer feedback loops.

Embed

We transition ownership to your internal champions, leaving behind playbooks, facilitator guides, and a sixty-day reinforcement calendar so gains do not evaporate after we leave.

The friction points that stall growth

First-time manager syndrome

Promoted for technical skill, struggling with people skill. We give new managers a concrete framework for one-on-ones, delegation, and difficult conversations within their first ninety days in the role.

Strategic misalignment

When senior leaders say one thing and middle managers hear another, execution fractures. Our alignment workshops surface hidden assumptions and create shared language around priorities that actually sticks.

Feedback avoidance

Teams that dodge honest feedback breed resentment. We install lightweight rituals — weekly retrospectives, structured peer reviews — that make candour habitual rather than heroic.

Meeting overload

Your calendar is full but progress is slow. We audit meeting culture, eliminate redundant syncs, and train leaders to run thirty-minute sessions that replace hour-long status updates.

Succession gaps

When a key leader leaves, everything wobbles. We map your leadership bench, identify high-potential talent early, and build development tracks so transitions feel seamless instead of chaotic.

Cross-functional friction

Departments optimise for themselves and blame each other. Our facilitated joint-planning sprints break silos by forcing shared metrics and mutual accountability across team boundaries.

Practitioners, not presenters

Leadership Vital Hub was founded on a simple frustration: too many leadership programmes deliver inspiration without installation. Our coaches have held operational roles — plant managers, department heads, project directors — before moving into development work.

That means we understand the messy reality of leading people who have deadlines, budgets, and competing priorities. We design around constraints, not ideals. Every tool we teach has been stress-tested in workplaces across healthcare, manufacturing, tech, and professional services.

Based in Northern Ireland, we work with organisations throughout the United Kingdom and remotely across Europe. Whether you need a half-day diagnostic or a year-long transformation programme, we scale to fit.

Things people ask before they commit

Our core programme runs twelve weeks, with fortnightly coaching sessions and asynchronous exercises in between. Shorter intensives of four to six weeks are available for teams that need rapid intervention, and we offer ongoing retainer arrangements for organisations building a long-term leadership culture.
Absolutely. Roughly half of our current engagements are fully remote. We use a combination of video coaching, asynchronous reflection prompts, and digital collaboration boards. The methodology adapts; the rigour stays the same regardless of where your people sit.
Training courses deliver knowledge. We deliver behaviour change. The difference is practice and accountability. Participants apply each concept in their actual work context and receive structured feedback before the next session. We measure outcomes through engagement pulse data, not satisfaction surveys.
We track three layers: self-reported confidence shifts, peer and direct-report feedback scores collected at weeks one, six, and twelve, and operational metrics you choose — meeting hours, decision cycle time, or employee retention. A summary report is delivered at programme close.
Pricing depends on cohort size and programme length. A twelve-week engagement for a cohort of eight to twelve leaders typically falls between £8,000 and £14,000. We provide a detailed proposal after the initial audit conversation, which is complimentary and takes about forty-five minutes.

Tell us what is not working. We will listen, ask a few sharp questions, and let you know honestly whether we can help. No pitch deck, no pressure.
